"Kombucha's growth in India had a ceiling built into its own positioning. The category spoke only to the already-converted — a niche of gut-health believers seeking out a gourmet drink for its own sake. Everyone else saw a supplement. Nobody saw a reason to want it.
That gap was wide enough. Therefore strategically moved Tribe away from wellness-as-discipline to wellness-as-desire — a kombucha built for the moment, not the routine. We rewrote what the drink stood for: not what it does for gut health, but what it does for your day — fuel for social energy, a companion for every gathering, an invitation to be one with the Tribe.
That's the difference between a product people are told to drink, and a brand people choose to reach for. One sells to a niche. The other builds a category and following."

The B that became a Face
Every identity system needs one detail nobody else in the category can claim. We found ours hiding inside the wordmark itself.
We took the B from the logo we designed, and gave it a face — winks, grins, sunglasses, a party hat mid-toast. We called them BrewMojis, and turned a single letterform into a full cast of expressions, each one carrying the same warmth and mischief as the brand behind it.
A wordmark tells people what the brand is called. The BrewMojis tell people what it's like to actually hang out with it.

Cans with Something to Say
Tribe doesn't lecture. It banters. The brand's voice runs on humour, spontaneity, and the joy of showing up exactly as it is — never too serious about wellness, never above the person holding the can. It talks the way a good friend does: relatable, inclusive, a little cheeky, always in on the joke rather than standing outside it.
Effortless, fun, unapologetically real — every bit of copy sounds like something a friend would actually say, not something a brand decided to say.
Every Curve Has a Reason
This wordmark doesn't sit still — it moves. Every curve echoes the liquid inside the can, almost as if the letters are still pouring. The R, B, and I interlock like arms around shoulders — a small, deliberate nod to togetherness. And Kombucha, arched over the E like a wink, is an indulgence built into the typeface. Structured enough to mean business. Playful enough to mean every bit of it.
