Cashnow is a payment system that transcends the digital and physical worlds. It is a digital wallet which also has a synced payment card. With much competition in the digital wallet segment this project focused of differentiating through better user experience and UI.
Many value added features were identified during the user research which the client absorbed in their existing services making the app more robust and useful.
We began by first creating the brand, its positioning, its identity, visual language and tone of voice. This was then percolated to the App interface and other communication collaterals.
An extensive user study on the pain-points of the existing apps in the same category was conducted. With no first mover advantage, we used the existing apps as a learning ground to deliver a more user friendly app with improved work flows and minimised clicks making transactions faster and smoother. The addition of the payment card was another feature towards a better more integrated experience.
